Domain creation failed
Hi I am trying to add a second domain to my Grow Big account, the domain in question is
mac-construction-ltd.co.uk
I thought it might initially be that I had pointed nameservers to WPWorld before adding the domain but that doesn't appear to be the case as I restored them to Namecheap and deleted the domain from wpworld.
The email I received listed reasons domain creation might fail
The most common reasons for failures are:
A site with this domain name already exists on your account.
The only domain listed on my account was rejuvee.co.uk
This domain does not belong to you and a site with that domain already exists on our network.
The domain does belong unless "ownership" is defined as same name used with registrar in which case it would appear not to be
You have exceeded the number of your allowed sites.
The Grow Big account allows 5 domains, I currently only have the domain registered
rejuvee.co.uk
(Rare) Technical issue.
Unless it is the domain registrar name that caused the failure could it be a technical issue?
Would appreciate some help to resolve.
I have left the failed domain creation on the account, please advise if you'd like me to remove it.
Namservers are now using Namecheap Basic DNS

Dear Marielisa,
I understand your frustration, yet this has nothing to do with our servers or our hosting platform as the error originates from "wc-notice-functions" WooCommerce plugin and it is clearly seen in the logs. There's a null object being passed as a parameter onwards to the chain. This could be caused due to version mismatch or conflicts between plugins included in the chain (SV_WC_Payment_Gateway_Direct & Woocommerce). It's an application layer error.
What i'd suggest is contacting Woocommerce support, as this is completely non related to the server or the infrastructure.

Ok Naseem i see that you have transferred this domain to us, so it is completely under your control. You can change the name servers yourself on your WPPanel: https://wpworld.host/wppanel: under Domains -> muslimtherapy.com -> Change Name servers

Hi Jay, can you please explain the reason to that? Since hosting cancellations on our platform are extremely rare, we really try hard to understand why those who do decide to cancel, do so. Especially after you were expressing intersest in developing your site with us. Can you please be more elaborate about the decision?
