RE: Frequent Downtime

I have been receving notices from multiple times everyday and according to them, the uptime for this site is about 94% and since the beginning of this year, it has experienced 349 numbers of outages (last year was 152 times). I can confirm that the backend is not accessible whenever the site is down. Could you please look into this and have it fixed or simply move the site to a less crowded server? Thanks a lot for your help.

Not sure if it's my impatience, the system is very slow or intervention but domain is now showing and I can access the control panel.

Many thanks

The plug in is from this site

It optimises my site for performance, I do not know the exact steps it takes but when it works my pagespeed insights score is 100
without it it is 53 as per a test minutes ago as such it is very important it works for me.

As advised I created the domain again, it spent 20 minutes whirring around so I logged out, on my next visit it looks like the domain was created but SSL is displaying as loading though I can successfully visit the https version of the site.

I am able to log in to WP Admin and make changes so it appears it is working OK.

I am wondering how do I access for example domain-/email/email-forwarders

for the second domain I have added?

Is there any support material, videos, guides etc on the basics like mail forwarding / database access etc for the additional domains on my Grow Big account.

My account only shows one domain on which is how I access the root domain control panel

I did find the following

Add a Domain
You are able to manage the domains on this hosting package below. To create a new domain mapping, please type the domain you wish to map.

If you wish to use additional domains to host different websites, please remember to change the document root so that it uses a different directory (For example, public_html/site2 or secondsite_html). Please note that the system treats these much like a subdomain, so using this facility to host entirely different websites is not recommended for security reasons.

The last sentence states it this option is not recommended for security reasons which makes me question if I can use my Grow Big account to host 4 additional entirely different websites?

I have spent almost a week trying to add a second domain to my Grow Big account so would appreciate some help getting this what should be a simple task resolved.

Hi Monty, everything seems to be in perfect order. Do you need any additional help with that domain/site?

Hi, we'd be more than happy to have you signed up and get all your sites to us in a breeze.
I did test the coupon code and there shouldn't be any issue with it, here's a quick video share:
