RE: Plugin Suddenly Stopped Working
My sites kawaiistreet.com, plentyofoysters.com and shippudo.com are all using a plugin named blog2social. The plugin was working just fine on all three sites until a couple of hours ago but suddenly i am seeing error message:
Connection is broken...
The connection to your server has been interrupted. Please make sure that your blog is reachable. If your server does not respond or is too slow, Blog2Social cannot connect to the internet. Try again later or contact your webmaster, if this error message persists.
Did you guys changed anything on the server? Could you please take a look at this page and see:
1. if nginx caching is enabled,
2, Please change the max execution time in your .htaccess File (in the root folder of WordPress) to 40 or highger: "php_value max_execution_time 40"
3. If we use an additional Firewall, please make sure that the settings allow outgoing connections or include an exception or whitelisting for Blog2Social.

Hi there, 1) It isn't new, it is an anti DDoS/Bot mechanism that kicks in (only one time) when a visit has been recognized from a bot-suspected IP like a VPN or incognito window. After it has been done once, everything else would load just normally right away in that session. 2) I'm not entirely sure how to help you with Jetpack as this isn't our item, what is the exact error? Did you ask Jetpack support? 3) I'm sorry but I didn't quite understand the question there, can you explain which visit doesn't load?

For your first question, the max execution time for our cloud network is set at 300 seconds, that's 5 minutes and more than enough for any process of a single PHP process/call including Lumise, you can ignore any notices and simply use it, increasing that time puts the entire network in overload jeopardy. No what I want to do is cancel scentsandmore and add my existing site using you as the provider. I realize that I have already purchased the domain name and it exists for 1 year . I no longer need scents and more and want to know what the ramifications are for canceling

I did not quite understand the request. You mentioned scentsandmore.co.za a few times, yet you said you have an "existing" website running for year, but I don't see a mention of what that existing site/domain is? And what would be the goal, migrating your existing site into scentsandmore.co.za?
