can not log in to my domains from the control panel

It's happening again. It's not allowing me to log in and giving me the 8 hour locked out message.

I found I can go to the domain name that I can type the domain name into the browser, click on dashboard when the site is displayed and be taken into the Wordpress dashboard to edit the site. I can use domainname.com/wp-admin in the browser and log into the site to edit it.

However I can not use your control panel to log into the site. When I go to https://www.wpworld.host/ and click on dashboard I am taken to https://www.wpworld.host/dashboard with the domains displayed. When I click on Manage for a domain I am taken to https://www.wpworld.host/manage-website/puglanding.com where I see GoTo WpPanel.

When I go on GoTo WpPanel I am taken to https://www.wpworld.host/manage-website/puglanding.com where I see a white box with a blue button that says GoTo WpPanel on it. When I click on the blue button I am take to https://panel.wpworld.host/login.

This time I clicked on Show Credentials to ensure I was using the right login information. I enter the login information provided and am taken to a login page that flashes, then takes to a second page https://panel.wpworld.host/login that has a plain white box on it with a place to enter username and password. I enter the creditials I got from the previous page.

I am taken to https://panel.wpworld.host/login/authenticate with the error message:

Account Disabled
This account has been disabled due to an excessive number of login attempts. Please reset your password to have this restriction lifted.

This is on a new domain I set up a little earlier but the same thing happens on all my domains.

Hi there, 1) It isn't new, it is an anti DDoS/Bot mechanism that kicks in (only one time) when a visit has been recognized from a bot-suspected IP like a VPN or incognito window. After it has been done once, everything else would load just normally right away in that session. 2) I'm not entirely sure how to help you with Jetpack as this isn't our item, what is the exact error? Did you ask Jetpack support? 3) I'm sorry but I didn't quite understand the question there, can you explain which visit doesn't load?

Hi, I didn't receive your response. Maybe it would be better to give a refund of the plan amount. I mean the difference between the "Grow Big" plan to the "Master Jedi". since I'm not taking advantage of the benefits of the "Master Jedi" plan. Waiting for your answer. Thanks

For your first question, the max execution time for our cloud network is set at 300 seconds, that's 5 minutes and more than enough for any process of a single PHP process/call including Lumise, you can ignore any notices and simply use it, increasing that time puts the entire network in overload jeopardy. No what I want to do is cancel scentsandmore and add my existing site using you as the provider. I realize that I have already purchased the domain name and it exists for 1 year . I no longer need scents and more and want to know what the ramifications are for canceling

I did not quite understand the request. You mentioned scentsandmore.co.za a few times, yet you said you have an "existing" website running for year, but I don't see a mention of what that existing site/domain is? And what would be the goal, migrating your existing site into scentsandmore.co.za?
